Helbore Lasgun cannot charge or fire shots while ADS with xbox one controller

While ADS with an xbox one controller the Helbore Lazgun will not fire or charge shots. If shots are charged before ADS or both triggers are pulled at the same time a single shot can be fired while ADS but after that shot the bug is in effect.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter any game or the meatgrinder with Xbox one controller and Helbore lazgun.
  2. Hold left trigger and then attempt to fire the weapon.

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ā€˜OKā€™
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ā€˜OKā€™
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here

Can confirm similar issue, having major issue with ads and shooting with helbore lasgun using a ps5 controller

Mouse and keyboard works just fine. Iā€™ve only had the issue with the Helbore, every other weapon works just fine.

Iā€™m having this issue as well. Helbore feels really bad clunky on controller but works fine when I switch to m&k.

Can confirm this, had opened a topic, if this werenĀ“t here already.
On XBOX Contorller I can say, Helbore shoots even with ADS, but you need to pull the RT ā€œrealā€ hard, so it will fire. Only Weapon which does this, all other will shoot instantly if you pull the RT normally or fast. With M&K this Problem doesnĀ“t exists.

Checked after latest update, issue still there.

Seems the problem is with the right trigger. I have a Razor Wolverine Ultimate Xbox controller which allows for button mapping. Mapped the firing trigger to the additional gaming paddles and extra bumper resulting in the Helbore to fire and charge while ADS with no problems.
