Helbore Damage Unusual post Patch 16

Helbore Mk 1, 2 and 3’s Damage against different armour types seems to be performing unusually after the patch.

An 80 damage 80 Stopping power HB is meant to have the following behaviour according to the tooltip of the weapon.
90% damage (close range) - 110% (far) vs Unarmoured
72% damage vs Flak (all range)
60% damage (close) - 72% damage (far) vs Unyielding
116% damage (close) - 175% damage (far) vs Maniac

However, the actual performance of the gun does not seem to match up.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Methodology:
Go into Psykanium with no talents and a grey helbore with 70+ damage and stopping power.
Shoot the following enemies (once near, once far)
Dreg Gunner Head (unarmoured)
Scab Gunner Head (flak)
Reaper Head (unyielding)
Flamer Head (Maniac)

None of these enemies have resistances, so the damage shown is flat output damage.

Expected Results:
The Flamer should take the most damage, since maniac has the highest damage multipliers from Helbore. Then the Dreg gunner, then Scab gunner, then Reaper.

Actual Results:
The Flamer takes the least damage (significantly so). Then the Flak Gunner, then the Reaper, then the Dreg Gunner takes the most damage. Both Maniac and Unyielding damage seem to be performing abnormally on this weapon.

In addition, Unyielding damage does not change with range, which is opposite of what the tooltip indicates.
