Heavyweight talent doesn't boost plague ogryn damage

The heavyweight talent at the top of the ogryn skill tree is supposed to boost damage against plague ogryns by 30%. However it seems to have no effect for either melee or ranged attacks. In fact it seems like it actually reduces the damage dealt by a tiny amount, about -10 damage per attack.

This is a very old bug, but after all those reports, FatShark has not made any fix
