Heavyweight had no effect on Plague Ogryns

Issue Description:
The Heavyweight’s description mentions increasing damage and decreasing damage received against all types of enemy Ogryns.

But after testing with mods on psykhanium, Plague Ogryn didn’t take more damage.
I speculate that the same problem may be exist in terms of damage reduction.
