Heavy Stubber Charmed Reload Only Giving Half Of The Stated Ammo Back

Issue Description (Required):

I have a heavy stubber with level 4 charmed reload. When I get crits, I only get 5 rounds back instead of the stated 10 rounds from the blessing. This has been an issue for several updates and patches. It is not a “new” bug.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Just shoot in the psykarium and get crits while using a heavy stubber with charmed reload.
