Charmed Reload draining ammo

Issue Description:
Charmed reload for the heavy stubber has been draining ammo equal to the amount it is supposed to replenish on crit. This has occurred with all of my stubbers. They all have different perks and modifiers. This has occurred since patch 1.0.26. Other players have confirmed they are not experiencing this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Use a heavy stubber with charmed reload on my account.

That is how the blessing is supposed to work, aye. It doesn’t give you free bullets, but does reload some for you on every crit.
