Issue Description:
When equipping Charmed Reload on the Heavy Stubber guns (any variant) they only provide half the amount of bullets listed in their description (rank 3 says 8, but gives 4 & rank 4 says 10, but gives 5).
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip/have the blessing Charmed Reload on any heavy stubber gun.
