Issue Description:
Heavy Hitter buff display is bugged. When the Brutish Momentum perk is equipped and you have 5 stacks the icon does not reset on light attacks but the buff stays active.
Steps to Reproduce:
Reach 5 stacks of Heavy Hitter using heavy attacks then only light attack. The icon bar will reach the bottom and once it does the icon stays higlighted and does not have a bar to indicate how long the buff is active for.
