Health potion wasted when going down while using it

There was already a thread about this and I think they “fixed”/tried to fix it already? However I also noticed, this can still happen.

Healing someone while he's getting disabled wastes the kit

Issue Summary: Healing someone while he’s getting disabled uses up the medkit to no effect. Steps to Reproduce: Start healing someone on low health, but with no wound. Have him be pounced by an assassin while the healing is in progress. 2a. Finish the heal. Kill the assassin, pick him up again.
