Havoc lobby bugs that cause a deployment to be force lost

Issue Description (Required):

Havoc lobbies are broken in such a way that it never detects with full accuracy whether or not a group has disbanded or completed a mission.

Bug 1 (Screenshot): Even if a lobby occurs as long back as the day before (12H in this case) The game think the player abandons the mission. In this case the mission was completed in full and the players won the match.

Bug 2: Sometimes either the server crashes or all players experience a bug that crashes their client. Forcing them all back to desktop (CTD). This counts as a loss to the player even when all players were alive. A check should be implemented for mass player crashes that doesn’t penalize the players for being forced out of the game.
In one instance, this happened JUST BEFORE entering the ship at the end of a havoc 33

1: Play havoc lobbies on a regular basis.
2: The bugs will occur.
