Lets extend havoc demotion to, lets say, 8 (instead of 3). Reality of demotion prevents lower ranked players from getting accepted to game cause folks are still tryna get to 40.
For instance, its rare to accept a lvl 30 in a havoc 37 because the failure rate is too risky.
You have no problem of being accepted if you host your own game
Edit: And of course rarely anybody takes a 30 into level 37 missions, the level 30 is not up to the task
If demotion has to remain then I think it should ONLY happen once per week.
If you have not completed a mission equal to or higher than your current rank by the havoc reset at the end of the week, then you lose 1 rank.
