Issue Description (Required):
Just recently noticed that even if i finish a havoc 40 run start to end, i still get the message that havoc promotion is failed and i havent been able to collect reward from havoc for last 2 weeks.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Play a havoc 40 mission, be it mine or join to anyone else’s 40, win the run, get the message from the terminal, promotion failed.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Constant (100%)
