Completed havoc but it still says I failed

I completed a havoc assignment but it said I failed, but when I go to the havoc terminal it still says I have 3 attempts left and that I completed my Havoc assignment for this week. I did complete a havoc 40 before this, but the fact it still says I have 3 attempts is weird

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. finish havoc match
  2. check havoc terminal
  3. get a message saying I failed my havoc assignment
  4. check next screen saying I still have 3 attempts

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

This happens to me every single time I complete Havoc 40.
