No, they’ve never been enforced by a court so their legal standing is dubious and in the EU, we’re not able to sign away our rights (though that’s not to say that the EU completely respects the rights of it’s citizens, we have them at sufferance from our respective governments and unlike the US, they can be withdrawn at the will of the state) so I view the EULA as not legally binding outside of piracy which is considered theft and a different matter entirely.
