Don’t know for how long it’s the case, but I noticed that sometimes when you hit an assassin during his pounce, the hit doesn’t register at all.
Some other times, and this is way more frustrating, you do kill him mid-flight with your ranged weapon, but he manages to land his pounce anyway, dealing you this insane pounce-landing damage after being dead.
I think it happens while hosting too, but not quite sure as I didn’t think to write it down when it happened
