There are no Grudge Marked Minotaurs in Chaos Wastes after the update. I found all Grudge Marked monsters , except Minotaurs.

Marked Minotaurs do not spawn from Trial Chests. They can only spawn in the end arena of an expedition.

Minotaurs can spawn from a trial chest, might be a console only bug.
