Team was unable to pick up grimoire on top of lockers/high location as shown in associated screenshot.
I have encountered the same issue and can confirm this. No amount of jumping and/or athletic shenanigans produced the context menue. Item shows the tooltip and can be tagged, as shown in the following screenshot.
