Graphics settings and mod options reset

I booted up the game today (last time I played was a couple days ago) and all of my graphics settings and mod settings were completely reset. Is there any way to bring them back? Where are these stored? And has anyone else had this issue? I think it happened after I downloaded an NVIDIA graphics driver update.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

-Update NVIDIA graphics driver (1080 Ti)
-Launch Darktide

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam

Go to local files of the game and press on “toggle_darktide_mods”

mods deactivate everytime the game get a patch or hotfix
