Game unable to launch after crash and sometimes only after trying to open the game after it closes normally

Issue Description (Required):

The game plays normally, then after a crash or sometimes just after closing the game after the end of a session it is unable to launch again, the screen goes black, then I see the game logo and then it instantly crashes
I’ve done a clean installation, deleted the appdata and played without mods and it keeps happening

Unfortunately I’ve already ran through that list, I’ll keep trying stuff and if something ends up working I’ll let you know, hopefully we find the solution so if somebody else runs into this problem we have a fix for it

Turning off Nvidia App’s overlay seems to have fixed it

Thank you Miguel, we’ve since become aware of this issue caused by the NVIDIA Overlay and I expect this will be resolved with an upcoming driver update.
