I was on the final room in the Citadel of Eternity while running solo with bots when I got knocked out of bounds by a Bile Troll. Normally I would have just got knocked off completely, died and have to start over again but I was instead knocked onto the previous platform with no way back to the final platform to finish the last portion of the event.
