Issue Description (Required):
When Launching Darktide on Xbox it will not go past the starting cinematics. When it tries to connect to the Xbox servers it flashes up the gamepass plan screen but says no plan’s available. It then boots me back to the Title screen and says press A to continue and it flashes the plan screen again. This is on constant repeat and it never gets into the game.
Attempted Solutions (Optional):
I am subscribed to Xbox Ultimate and can launch the game fine on PC vis the Xbox app.
I have reset the console and reset the network.
It seems to have only begun since the last update.
I have purchased the game to try and get past the screen as I was just playing off the gamepass download but it still fails to connect or recognize my subscription.
I have purchased the Full Arbites DLC package.
If I uninstall the game I can play off the cloud version but due to my internet connection this isn’t really practical.
