GamePass 1.0.12 Patch - Crashing and Blue Screens

Random crashes within minutes of opening the game. Three different blue screens and errors following the GamePass 1.0.12 patch - I had previously ran flawlessly prior to today’s patch.

First BSOD was BIOS related which had never triggered until the patch. Had to do a system restore, reinstall and go from there.

After the reinstallation: Netio.sys BSOD - followed immediately by another BSOD which I did not get the name of.

Following these blue screens I have given up.
I’d rather not have to wipe my computer with another restore.

Still looking for any kind of help. I have no idea what could be causing such a heavy, hard crash chain.

After the first rollback I had to do, I made sure I reupdated my graphic drivers, ran all the available windows updates, reinstalled the game and fully patched it up.

I still crashed. Every single time. I still blue screened twice.

I’ve tried several of the fixes going around after the patch - Making sure resolution is valid, turning off DLSS and ray tracing. Even turning worker threads down gradually, to 10, 6 and finally 1. (Even though I lasted LONGER on 1 worker thread, I still ended up in a blue screen after about 10 minutes of playing in a mission.)

I located all of the crash logs after digging around the AppData:
Is there anything I can do but wait for a future version some day?

Hi @Vinaka,

If you’re running into consistent BSOD there’s likely a deeper system level issue.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to advise on Windows-related errors, but please check out solutions that may help in this article:
