This has happened at least three times at this point, and twice within the past couple months. The only things that don’t seem to be resetting are my keybindings and bot loadouts.

This is possibly related to your user_settings.config being set to ‘Read-only’. Please check this article out:
Looks like the read-only option is already unchecked.
Did you try the other solution suggested in the article linked above?
If this isn’t the case, try setting ‘Graphics Quality’ to ‘Custom’ to start with, and then apply your desired changes and click ‘Apply’.
