I have an AMD set up and don’t have that many issues with it, I occasionally notice jitters here and there when big spawns happen, but I’m unsure if that’s due to needing to update my mods for the update or not (I haven’t quite gotten to that point yet waiting to see what modes update themselves before doing so).
But I’d take a look at this post
and the subsequent post linked within it, if you haven’t already. For whatever reason Fatshark refuses to implement any form of check for this/will continually wipe these edited files every update (so you have to keep updating them, I put a shortcut on my destop and do so every time an update happens). But essentially they refuse to actually utilize the full extent of your AMD graphics card, and expect you to go into their files and edit the values to do so. They actively waste huge swaths of it by not assuming base 32/64 processing, and it’s drastically unfortunate.
So until they do so this has been a huge help, and I have the page bookmarked to continually edit these files every update. Doesn’t take tooo long, and drastically helps a lot from my experience. You can experiment with the ‘experimental changes’ too (I personally don’t use them as they caused some ‘interesting things’ to happen, but some have stated their success so you can try them too if not having them doesn’t fix it for you!).
