Game doesn't move beyond the DLC screen

I play on PS5(disc version) and I just bought the game. It played well before the necessary updates were downloaded but now that all the updates are complete, I can’t get past the DLC screen(pictured below). The controls don’t let me do anything.

So far I’ve tried restarting the PS5, changing the account I’m using, ejecting and reinserting the disc, and using a different controller. There is no error code, it is just stuck in the screen offering me the DLCs. The game allows me to get past the “Press X to start” screen but just gets stuck afterwards.
