Ever since winds of magic was released and installed, it has become impossible for me to complete even one single game. Every time I try, halfway through the host is disconnected, and if I’m lucky I am sent back to square one alone. I don’t know how to stop this and no one else seems to have this problem. I cannot progress at all in the game and I’ve stopped playing out of sheer frustration. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of error message, or even a crash log. When it does crash, I send in the report everytime. You have failed to act on it. So now I appeal to you directly in the hopes that my voice may be heard and I can get on with the game I payed for.

Your console logs can be located using the instructions below:
- Press the Windows key + R
- Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
- Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
