So as people already are stating its probably a mod issue right?

is there a setting in the laucnher to do that? i tried cutting out the mod folder and launching but that still doesnt work : (
im using the toggle_darktide_mods.bat file as many people but that also gives an error, so i cant easily disable them (was the only method i know).

okay so i disbaled all the mods trough vortex mod manager, and still getting the same error :smiling_face_with_tear:

Alright so i got the .bat file working again. finally was able to disable it that way too and now i can launch the game , thank you for your help and strawhat too! <3

Was having this issue this morning, not near my computer but was worried because I crashed immediately upon opening the game. Will further investigate after work.

But you just disabled mods?

I’m having exactly the same issue here, and it’s fixed by disabling mods indeed. But what if we want to play with mods ? Any fix ?

There is a fix on the modding discord until Darktide Mod Framework is updated on Nexus.

All you need to do is to drag an updated “mod_loader” file into your Darktide binaries to replace the old one.

i did an clean instal with no mods its still crashes on laucher and it says out of memory

That’s odd. May be old files left over causing an issue then, cause I am able to run the game with mods again after using the fix in the modding discord.

its the patch thats screw over the game i hope that they will fix it this is getting kinda annjoying at some point
