Game Crashing upon Launch

Issue Description:
Receive immediate error right after launching the game and building shader cache I receive a GUID dialog box in launcher.
No firewall/no antivirus/ latest drivers/windows update

  2. Launch game
  3. Crash
  4. Receive Crash Report (copied in thread below)

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here

What anti-virus product are you using? This looks like you’ll need to add whitelisting for the game as EAC seems to be crashing due to your anti-virus. Try disabling your anti-virus entirely if whitelisting isnt’ working

Disabled both my Firewall & Anti-virus. No luck.

I’m using Windows Security (default) Anti-Virus.
