Game crashing upon launch on monitor 1

Issue Description:
Game Crashes randomly all the time, but I am currently unable to even launch the game because when I try and launch the game on my main monitor it crashes every time.
When launching on my main monitor when the Shader Cashe is loading once it hit 96% the game just crashes. I’ve tried everything I know to do.

Steps to Reproduce:
-launch game from steam
-click play
-crashes at 96%
-repeat

I saw another user delete the fat shark folder and try auto-detecting launch settings.
They said it worked for them so I tried it.
It did not work, still cannot launch game on monitor 1 after a few tries.
