Game crashes when exiting meat grinder with Stimm Supply active

As the title states, anytime you try to exit the meat grinder as Hive Scum while under the effects of Stimm Supply will crash the game.
Below is the crash information for anyone who can gleam any info out of it.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Be playing Hive Scum with the Stimm Supply ability.
  2. Enter the meat grinder (any difficulty should be fine but I have mine on Auric).
  3. Place Stimm supply at your feet.
  4. Exit the meat grinder (either through the portal or through the menu) and the game will crash.
