If you haven’t already done so, please try verifying integrity of game files:
Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
Select ‘Properties’
Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
Select the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ button
When complete, close and reopen Steam
If the above doesn’t help, please perform a clean reinstallation of Vermintide 2 which involves deleting your AppData (please note any custom settings e.g. graphics, keybinds etc. will be reset):
Thanks for reply, I already did all of those things, tried to verify files, deleted game and AppData folder and did clean install, updated windows and graphics drivers, and nothing helped
@Eki sorry to hear that. I’ve discussed with the development team, and we can’t see anything out of place in the backend, or though your crash error references the info slate we’ve double-checked this and it appears to be setup correctly; and the issue hasn’t been widespread reported.
We suspect the issue may be being caused by a Firewall setting, or perhaps a caching issue with your ISP.
I recommend to check your Firewall settings and ensure Vermintide 2 isn’t being blocked, or having files quarantined in any way. Failing this, if you can try temporarily switching to a mobile data connection and check if the issue persists this can help to determine if it’s network/ISP-related.
I managed to resolve the issue, I have no idea what was problem, but deleting steam completely from pc and all associated files then reinstalling it solved problem
