Game Crashes after Launcher

os : win10 x64 ver1909
cpu : AMD TR2950x (16C32T)
video card : NVIDIA 2080TI
anti-virus : ESET internet security

I installed this game by steam.
When I first time to open this game, it showed something like can’t confirm system hardware, video setting is set to min.

After I pressed the play button, the new window showed and immediately cashed.
And I even can’t copy the bug report to clipboard…

I’m sure mods are disabled, and my anti-virus software is disabled too.

what else could I do?

This looks to be a GPU driver-related crash, producing the error: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED: GetDeviceRemovedReason() = DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR
