So far, nothing has worked:
I have reinstalled my drivers, completely fresh; My PC is not overclocked nor overheated; My worker threads are set to 6; Game crashes on both DX11 and DX12; No background applications are interfering; I’m not using a g-sync ultrawide monitor.

It seems to be a hardware issue on my end, so don’t worry about it. I’ll get back to you when/if it’s fixed.
Had to redo my BIOS, but game runs just fine now. Case solved.
