Game constantanly freezing, then desyncing

Issue Description:
the game frequently freezes, then desynces, then sometimes even completely disconnects, about prob 10+ times a game,

also the know issue of input lag, in this case even crashing my icue any time i change dpi mid game(corsair k55 rgb pro xt keyboard with m65 rgb ultra)

Error Displayed (If Applicable):
2014 a 4K series and a 3K series

Steps to Reproduce:
play the game in anything with multiplayer except the lobby, tends to happen only when enemies are there in decent quantities
specs:
rtx 2060
i7 10700
32 gb of ram
and windows 10

Platform:
Steam

Approx. Time of Issue & Timezone:
CET but has been consistant over 12 hours of the day, so i doubt its that

Reproduction Rate:
Once - Rare (<10%) - Unusual (<25%) - Common (<50%) - Often (<75%) - Constant (100%)
100% on my setup atleast

Sorry to hear this.

Regarding connectivity errors, which errors are you encountering specifically (if they are detailed on-screen)?

I recommend trying our connectivity solutions which may help. In particular, trying Flush Your DNS and Change Your DNS (to Google) may improve things. Please see:

It’s strange to hear your icue is crashing when changing DPI mid-game, and that input lag is occurring. Have you tried repairing or redownloading your icue and peripheral software?

somehow the connectivity seems to have fixed itself together with the input lagg, so whatever it was fixed itself and prob was the same issue of some sort, strangely enough, but the icue has been updated and checked and i just tested it it still does that, any idea what could cause the game to make icue crash as i have never seen anything make icue crash before

Glad to hear the connectivity issue has seemingly resolved itself!

As for iCUE crashing, I’m genuinely stumped as to why this may be happening. I’ll pass this information on to the team to see if we can recreate the issue. Though this may not be looked at for some time.

I’m unsure if this will help, but you could try a clean reinstallation of both Darktide and your iCUE software. I appreciate that it’s quite a length to go to though without any guarantee of it resolving the issue though:
