Yeah, at this point its kind of a sad joke, the guard is sitting on a 7 month old IOU waiting for something that is not a shovel. They haven’t gotten an exclusive since then (December 2023).

A higher Mortis difficulty is awesome but i would still like an option for longer matches that go beyond 12 waves so i can enjoy the powerful mortis perks for longer

So this actually looks like a bunch of feedback was heard and finally acted on.
Auric Heresy ceasing to exist, ditto Sedition, the more linear campaign and consolidation of game modes…
Oh, wonder how that’s gonna affect penances. There’s a bunch for Auric Heresy mission completions that…what! Will cease to exist? Be rolled into a new penance?
Also more Mortis Trials is good. Gives me a reason to go back, especially since the game is usually fairly likely to include more stuff on the penance track.
Still waiting on solo mode, though.

I hope auric mortis is intense because I really like the idea of mortis but standing at a enemy spawn point and playing whack-a-mole is not fun

A new power sword (not mark of the old one completely new power sword) was added to the game code last month, obviously we know nothing about this could be added next update, could be added in 6 months might be nothing and just a relic that didnt get removed from the code. But if you want a carrot on a stick there is that.

Very interesting and as usual nothing is clear
I enjoyed speed-running Sedition to finish my weeklies, but I guess Uprising will work just as well.

Auric heresy penances get automatically unlocked by auric damnation. So technically it wouldn’t require a change. I also wouldn’t expect them to ‘fix’ an issue like this, because the fatshark we know doesn’t even consider nuances like these.
Also does this mean the ds/plasma nerfs are canceled? Did Fatshark bend the knee to Chinese review bombing? The damage helldivers 2 did to the balance approach is insane.

Then good. If I can just to malice at level 3 I am fine.
But considering that if it is account based I could run maelstrom mission at level 2 arbites… permit me to doubt it will be like that…
I expect that you will have to play lot of malice missions… and even uprising ones. Sounds really boring if you ask me.
I will wait to buy the DLC finally to see if what I suspect is true.
I just hope I am totally wrong.
