Hi, a Friend of mine just bought Vermentide 2 and has run into some Issues.

His game plays comepletly fine in the hub but when starts a mission and a bunch enemies show up his game goes down to like 4 fps and stays that way. It doesnt crash so he has to tab out of it, and when he plays with controller the input’s don’t work anymore but on keyboard they still do.

he tried changing the direktx but that didn’t help and searching the files for any problems doesn’t revil any.

does anyone know what could help?

Otherwise, please ask them to try a clean reinstallation of Vermintide 2 which involves deleting the AppData (please note any custom settings, keybinds etc. will be reset):
