Foot Knight's Valiant Charge doesn't interrupt weapon actions, why must Break the Line?

When Kruber raises his left arm for the “battering ram” action, his other actions aren’t interrupted or blocked, and it makes for very satisfying use cases that reward high APM and creativity.
Why can’t the Arbitrator’s Break the Line get the same treatment?
Please Fatshark undo the fix, as high skill ceiling isn’t an ‘issue’ that needs fixing.
