Whenever you charge up the “Crusher” and then use the “Break The Line” ability, it gets rid of the electric charge. This also applies to the Chainsword Rev.
If I recall, on a thread I posted on here a user mentioned it having something to do with “forced stagger” however, I do not know whether that is true or not.
