all in-game shadow realated option(lowering them worsened the problem)
LOD, Pop-in troubleshootings (Steam Community :: Guide :: Fix LOD/Object pop-in, Blocky fog, Greatly improve shadow distance/quality, Improve texture quality for 4 fps cost) on Steam Community
