Flashlight on the Accatran Mk VIIa Recon Lasgun turns off when switching held item

Issue Description:
Flashlight on the Accatran Mk VIIa Recon Lasgun does not stay on after switching to another weapon/item, all other weapons (including other Recon Lasgun variants) with flashlights do preserve their flashlight/special function state after switch.
Not a big issue, but kinda annoying in dark maps and event conditions.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip Accatran Mk VIIa Recon Lasgun (tested as Veteran)
  2. Turn on Flashlight.
  3. Switch to melee weapon (or grenade).
  4. Re-equip Accatran Lasgun.
