Issue Description:
I got a (blue)Headhunter autogun that stared with a level IV blessing. I consecrated once and got the second perk, sometime later I got around to the final consecration. After the consecration I see I got a level II blessing, I immediately go to re-bless and see that it already locked. The level IV blessing is still there and unlocked. So no mistaking an accidental re-bless.
