Issue Description:
Previously Earned Blessings do not appear available when re-blessing weapons.
Steps to Reproduce:
Earn a blessing a few patches ago and then try to apply it ot a new weapon. It won’t show - it will still be a question mark icon.
Try to Earn that same blessing from another weapon and it will say you already have that weapon!
