Issue Description:
Feel no pain isn’t providing any damage reduction
Steps to Reproduce:
Take Feel No Pain keystone on Ogryn. Take damage from an attack at full stacks. Try again with no stacks. You take the exact same amount of damage. Tested against sniper and crusher overhead. Maybe the description is bugged and it’s only toughness DR? But then wouldn’t that still reduce the health damage from either of those?
