Ogryn's feel no pain keystone loses its stack when not injured

Issue Description (Required):

When you block an attack with a weapon or shield, you will lose stacks even if you block the attack completely, without taking any damage. Also, even a teammate’s attack or area damage would cause Ogryn to lose stacks, which makes no sense at all.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

This issue can be observed by simply playing the game normally, and no additional action is required.

This bug has rendered this keystone talent worthless, and even if you fight perfectly, you will quickly lose all stacks, and it will be completely ineffective.
I hope it gets fixed soon, it’s already having a serious impact on the way ogryn players play.
