You randomly no longer get stacks, also happens when you attack a plauge ogryn with a heavy attack. Goes away after a while or when you kill anyone with a ranged weapon (only if its caused by plauge ogryn)

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. attack a plauge ogryn with a heavy attack
  2. you no longer get stacks for a while
