do you guys think you could give us a road map for the future of Darktide? As a new player (i just got the game last week), I just got the Arbites class and I will def get the new Skitarii class as well but as for actual content like new missions, new enemies & new campaigns (expansions), whats the deal with all that?
Do want to point out that Ogryn in current lore arenât just dumb, but rather untaught, while their older lore bits did set them as pretty stupid, it isnât really that accurate to current depictions.
Inquisitorial Rosettes are 2 things:
- Actual/official Rosettes: Given to Inquisitors only when they become actual Inquisitors, contain encrypted data to give links toward which Order and other useful information (Keys and such)
- Badge of Office: 1st seen on one of the Crusader miniature and mentioned in Dark Heresy, symbols that cheaply resemble Rosettes (iirc styled toward the relevant Inquisitorâs own rosette) and mark the wearer as being owned by the Inquisition.
Iâm pretty sure ogryns were made a bit smarter by gw after they realised that a giant building sized baby was not a realistic asset for an army. Ogryn needs to be a bit smarter than old lore otherwise theyâd be pointless and liabilities. Theyâd not respond to orders and couldnât even reload weapons etc.
GW Just took it too far originally. How they are portrayed in DT is much more believable

There will never be any roadmap and even if there was itâd be thrown away the very next week so dont even ask. Shark has very very very bad track record of sticking with roadmaps.

IIRC theyâve basically abandoned the planet for space stations by now.
Doesnât suprise me, it was totally infested by chaos at the end.
