There are so many talents that have “meet X standard before X applies” however I have no idea if said feat is active because there are no visual indicators similar to Coherency aura. My personal experience has been with Ogryn where the following have no notice of it working and can’t confirm within the Training room because they don’t attack you. At this time I have to assume the ability in question just does not work. Makes more sense than assuming it does work.
