Fart instead of charged attacks melee weapons and trauma staff

Issue Description:
Charged melee attacks (especially sawblade) and charged “Trauma staff” attacks (explosive puddle) sometimes cause an unfinished strike that does no damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Alternate between heavy attacks when the horde presses on you on difficulty 5.
  2. I didn’t notice a pattern in the staff, but sometimes it happens 2 times in a row.
