Falling through the map on Power Matrix HL-17-36

Issue Description: A mutant threw me and fell through the map after getting downed.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Power Matrix HL-17-36 (2nd Difficulty) as Ogryn (Skullbreaker)
  2. On the multiple floor part (before the hack objective - respawned in it’s room for rescue)
  3. Lower floor, around the stairs, and medicae station, between pillars
  4. Horde incoming
  5. Mutant smashing, throw
  6. Got downed (maybe in the air) and fell through the map

  7. After falling for a good like 10 seconds died to thin air out of mission bounds (so before the health run completely out)
