Issue Description (Required):

Excise Vault Spireside-13 Insta-death fall through the map spot, after the first medicaid station., the side room drop down. You walk into the wall and die. Twitch for reference, Twitch credited.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1.) Play the mission Excise Vault Spireside-13
2.) Go to the first medicaid area.
3.) Walk past the first medicare and go to the drop down after the second doorway.
4.) Drop down and the wall on your left by the spawn door allows you to walk through it.
5.) Fall to your death
